macro_GOAT
The macro_GOAT is the successor to the Disarray Desnarler: a custom macropad built around an RP2040-Zero with a 16-LED WS2812B array, hot-swap switches, and up to four optional EC11 rotary encoders.
The hardware is fully published: KiCad project, gerbers, an SMD stencil and the bill of materials. The board started out under the name chaos_array, which the KiCad files still carry.
The firmware is a QMK keymap that lives in the same repository as the Disarray Desnarler keymap, and the docs include a guide for flashing it. I also ran a macro_GOAT workshop at the OSHOP conference 2026.
